Client/Project: Google/ GFiber

➢       prepared program master resource and cost loaded Schedule including more than 10 schedules that covered scope of work using primavera P6 professional (16.1.1) and primavera EPPM.

➢       Estimated project cost and determined budget including resource, expense, reserve analysis and cost of quality.

➢       Defined and implementing a comprehensive risk management program including identify risks, Risk assessment, sensitivity analysis, risk response plan and Monte Carlo analysis using Primavera Risk Analysis.

➢       Regularly reported risk status to managers and client with recommendations for appropriate strategic decisions and actions to maintain acceptable risk exposure

➢       Baseline, update and maintain schedules using EAMS and save the performance on weekly performance.

Project: Sarvestan and Saadat Abad Oil Field Project (EPC) Multiple Turn around project (Wellhead equipment, manifold, pipeline, Central Process Field, Compressor station, storage tanks, Civil and structure, equipment, Electrical and Instrument disciplines.

➢       Prepared project communication plan and configuration management system.

➢       Developed work breakdown and Primavera P6 master schedule that applied company’s plan for the project.

➢       Estimated the cost and determined budget including resource, expense, reserve analysis and cost of quality in cooperation with other teams utilizing bottom-up, parametric and heuristic methods.
